30 Day and 60 Day Notice to Quit (City of Oakland Only) KF

City of Oakland requires a modified 30 or 60-Day Notice to Quit when landlords want to terminate a month-to-month tenancy. These notices include the necessary language required and the conditions under which the notice may be served (“8.22.130 Notice requirements for a Civil Code Section 1946, Termination of tenancy.”).
