Bank Draft Authorization

More and more landlords are collecting their rent by way of either automatically having the tenant's bank electronically transfer funds into the landlord's bank account or hiring a bank check drafting company to prepare a draft check drawn on the tenant's bank account and then depositing same into the landlord's bank. Use this form to authorize such a transaction.
