Court Eviction Commenced – Pay All that Is Due and Tenant Can Stay Letter

Landlord starts a court filed eviction against the tenant and wants the tenant to “pay and stay.” The problem is that rent, late charges, attorney fees and court courts costs are now due. This letter states the fact the tenancy was terminated (with a date), counsel has been retained, and that in order to reinstate tenancy certain amounts must be paid by the tenant, in certified funds only. New Landlord.com’s “smart form” calculates amounts automatically.
