We list 12 different items that you may provide to the new tenant AND want back when he or she moves out. So when the tenant eventually vacates you will have a detailed list of the exact number of keys, description, any deposit(s) paid, remote controls, etc., provided to the tenant. If he or she does not return the same number and kind, then a “charges” column is provided on the form.
