Late Charge Levy and Non-waiver by Landlord to Collect Future Late Charges Letter

Letter informs tenant that rent was received late, that a late charge can be levied, including the amount (waived if tenant signs bottom of letter and returns) and, very importantly, includes a non-waiver of the landlord’s right to assess and collect any future late charges as described in the lease/rental agreement.
