Lease Agreement (Long)

This is one of our most downloaded agreement forms. When the landlord requires occupancy for a fixed term, such as 6, 9, 12 or more months, this is the form to use. Of the 25 clauses contained in this document they are described as; premises description, rent amounts, rent due date, any grace period or late charge, method of payment, delivery method, and in the rent proration to be cherished at the inception of the tenancy. Other clauses included are security deposit amounts and description, utilities what the tenant or landlord pays for, any parking and storage facilities provided, a prohibition to assignee in and subletting, condition of the premises, maintenance repair, use of the premises for residential purpose only, a no pet clause, Megan's notice, landlords entry, insurance, legal notices including space for service of process, abandonment, personal property left on the premises, and attorney fee clause, waiver regarding accepting late rent, wilfull holding over, parties to the agreement, severability, whole agreement and the landlords reliance upon the tenant furnished information as stated on the application to rent.
