Lead Disclosure Notice KF

Federal law requires that landlords disclose any known information about in the lead based paint hazards existing at the property. If your building was constructed prior to 1978 you must use this disclosure notice to in form in the new tenants of any known or unknown lead paint based hazards. (Does not include pamphlet Protect Your Family from Lead in Your Home).
