Letter to Tenant; Prohibited Appliance KF

Lots of tenants like to “sneak” things into the rental. Whether it's a cute kitten or puppy or a power hungry or noisy appliance. That's right an appliance. They can be a washer, dryer (or both), power saw or other noisy contraption. If the appliance constitutes a nuisance (noise, possible flooding, etc.) or causes additional expense not part of the written agreement (for example, the landlord pays for utilities) then you need to take immediate action for the removal of the prohibited appliance. Use this letter to get the tenant to re-locate the appliance or otherwise fact termination of tenancy proceedings.
