Notice of Intention to Enter Dwelling (48 Hour Notice) KF

You choose, this form can be used as a 48-hour advance notice that the landlord intends to enter the tenants dwelling. Reasons include; to make necessary or agreed repairs to show unit perspective tenants, purchasers, etc. to inspect for any waterbed or to test the smoke detector, to determine if the tenant has abandoned or vacated the premises, or to inspect the premises prior to the termination of the tenancy if requested by the tenant.For pre-inspection prior to tenant move out process.
