Rental Application Fees

Per Civil Code §1950.6, if a landlord requires the prospective tenant to pay the credit report or application fee, the maximum amount allowed is $33.00*. Use this form to be in compliance. *(May be adjusted annually by the landlord or his or her agent commensurate with an increase in the Consumer Price Index)
