Satellite Dish Agreement/Addendum KF

Under the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), a tenant has the right to properly install a satellite dish and or receiving antenna at the demised premises. Landlord's need to protect themselves and set forth the conditions in which any dish may be installed and maintained. Without such agreement many tenants may feel there are no rules and install dishes and antennas all over the rental premises.
