Satellite Dish Notification

Some attorneys believe that requiring a tenant to execute a satellite dish “agreement” may violate what the FCC intended when they approved the regulation regarding a tenant's right to have a dish. So this is a notification to the tenant who intends upon installing a dish at the demised premises. Landlord's need to protect themselves and set forth the conditions in which any dish may be installed and maintained. Without such agreement many tenants may feel there are no rules and install dishes and antennas all over the rental premises.
