Tenant’s Notice of Intention To Terminate Tenancy

Here’s the universal form for all tenants to use when it comes to notifying the landlord of their intention to vacate the premises. Smart landlords use this form when tenant’s want to move out. Not just a note I am moving, form requires precise date and time, reason for moving, permission to enter premises to show prospective tenants, reference request (or not), forwarding address and ALL tenants must sign. A must have in any Landlord termination policy and procedure.
