Unauthorized Alteration or Redecoration Letter

What do you do when the tenant has made material changes to the premises without your permission? Get mad and give the tenant an eviction notice? First prepare this letter and inform the tenant that you have knowledge of the alteration, describe it in your own words, warn that it is in violation of the lease/rental agreement, and require that the alteration or re-decoration be restored.
