Unauthorized Roommate Warning Letter

When a tenant sneaks a roommate or an additional one into the premises, prepare and deliver this warning letter to the tenant. Letter states in part that the landlord believes an additional (and unauthorized) adult occupant is residing at the premises, that the written lease or agreement prohibits it and there are two options available to resolve the situation. One option is for unauthorized tenant to complete application to rent (included).
